NATIONAL LEVEL SKILLS COMPETITION 2025-26
Selvan B Harshad of final year DME secured Medallion of Excellence in Plumbing and Heating category in National Level Skills competition 2025-2026 organized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh from 30th Mar to 01st Apr 2026.
PROJECT MODEL COMPETITION
Selvan G Visshnu and Selvan N Pranav of first year DEEE won the Third Prize with a Medal for presenting the project titled “Obstacle Avoidance and Voice with Text Controlled Robot” in the project modeling competition on the occasion of National Science Day 2026 at Sakthi Polytechnic College, Erode on 28th Feb 2026.
STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN PAPER PRESENTATION
Selvan D Ajay Kumar and Selvan Srinath Raam Saravanan of final year DCE won the third prize with a cash award of Rs.750/- for presenting the paper titled “Advanced Surveying Techniques” in the State Level Technical Symposium (PA TECHARENA 2K26) at P A Polytechnic College, Pollachi on 06th Feb 2026.
Selvan J Harish and M Pugazhenthi of final year DCE won the second prize with a cash award of Rs.1000/- for presenting the paper titled “Special Concrete” in the State Level Technical Symposium (PA TECHARENA 2K26) at P A Polytechnic College, Pollachi Coimbatore on 06th Feb 2026.

Selvan R Dharneesh of final year DME won the second prize with a cash award of Rs.4000/- in “CAD Modeling Event” in the State Level Technical Symposium (YENTRA 2K26) at Sri Ramakrishna Polytechnic College, Coimbatore on 06th Feb 2026.

INAUGURATION OF GOVT. COMPETITIVE EXAMS TRAINING PROGRAMME
The inauguration of Govt. Competitive Examinations Training Programme was conducted on 11th Sep 2023. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj, Correspondent inaugurated the programme and delivered the inaugural address. Sri K Satheesh, Director, M/s Explore Academy, Coimbatore delivered the special address. Totally 45 students from III & II year of all branches enrolled and attended the programme.

CHICAGO ADDRESS RECITATION COMPETITION – 2023
Selvan Kaviyan Palanisamy (Tamil) and Selvan P Karthikeyan (English) of III year DME participated in the Inter-Vidyalaya Recitation Competition conducted on 11th Sep 2023 commemorating Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago Address.
CHICAGO SPEECH RECITATION COMPETITION – 2023
Commemorating Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago Speech, a Recitation Competition both in Tamil & English versions were conducted in our college and 72 students in Tamil and 81 students in English participated in this competition. On 03rd Aug 2023, the final round was commenced in our Polytechnic College and the following students secured the positions.
