CELEBRATION

Our college Mutamil Mandram organized a programme on the occasion of Mahakavi Bharathiyar Birthday on 11^th Dec 2023. Dr A Sokkalingam, Librarian delivered a special lecture titled “மகாகவி பாரதியாரின் வாழ்க்கையும் செய்தியும்’. All the second year students attended the lecture.

KAMARAJAR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Our college Mutamil Mandram organized a programme on the occasion of Kamarajar Birthday celebration on 15^th July 2023. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj, Correspondent delivered the presidential address and Sri P Rajavel, SRMV College of Arts and Science delivered a special lecture titled “மனிதருள் தெய்வம் காமராசர்”. All the first year students attended the lecture.

BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRINIVASA RAMANUJAN

The Department of Basic Engineering celebrated the Srinivasa Ramanujan’s birthday as ‘National Mathematics Day’ on 22^nd Dec 2022. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj, Correspondent delivered the presidential address and Sri V. Eswaran, Asst. Professor, SRMV College of Education delivered the guest lecture. A video show about ‘Father of Mathematics – Srinivasa Ramanujan’ was screened. A Quiz competition in Analytical thinking was also conducted between four departments.

In view of motivating students in listening, reading, writing, presentation capabilities in various literary competitions and to explore their hidden talents; Muthamil Mandram was started in our college. Swami Tadbhasananda, Correspondent inaugurated the mandram and delivered benedictory address on 11.12.2021 in L.B. Hall. Sri N Ganaesan, Asst. Prof., NGP College of Education, Coimbatore (Tamil Teacher (Rtd) Govt. HSS, Ashokapuram, NGGO Colony) delivered speech titled Bharathiar and Swami Vivekananda. Dr. N Balasubramani, Principal briefed the activities of the mandram. Third year students of all branches and staff attended the meeting.

The 2^nd meeting of the Muthamil Mandram was conducted on 14.12.2021 in LB Hall Swami Tadbhashananda, Correspondent delivered benedictory address. Sri S Ramajothi, Trustee, VedhaVidya Trust, Perianaickenpalayam delivered the speech titled Potramarai. N Balasubramani, Principal briefed the activities of the mandram. First year students of all branches and staff attended the meeting.

The great Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujam’s 134^th Birthday celebrations was conducted on 22^nd Dec 2021 in LB hall. Swami Tadbhasananda, Correspondent delivered benedictory address. Dr N Balasubramani, Principal briefed about Muthamil mandram activities.Sri N Easwaran Lecturer /Mathematics spoke on Life incident of Sri Ramanujam and various competitions. The following competitions were conducted for all first year students and prizes were distributed to the winners.

169^th Birth day celebrations as Sarada Annaiyar Jayanthi was conducted on 24^th Dec 2021 in LB hall. Swami Tadbhasananda, Correspondent delivered benedictory address. Dr N Balasubramani, Principal briefed about Muthamil mandram activities and various competitions. The competitions were conducted for all second year students and prizes were distributed to the winners.
